Our Story
From the age of eleven, Owner Brett D. Overson was already deeply ingrained in his family's business, learning the ropes and soaking in the knowledge from his father whose company has proudly been designing and building pools and outdoor living spaces, for the last 50 years.
And for the last 36 years, Brett has built and renovated thousands of pools both residential and commercial. After establishing great relationships with some of the most skilled Builder's and Subcontractors right here in Texas, he decided to chart his own course. With a wealth of experience and drive under his belt along with guidance and faith in GOD, LEGACY CUSTOM POOL DESIGNS was born.
At Legacy Custom Pool Designs, we hold dear the philosophy "We care enough to build it better" passed down to him by his father. It serves as both our guiding principle and the heart of everything we do.

Our Services
Design Consultation: In our design consultation, we'll discuss your vision and preferences for the pool's shape, size, and features like waterfalls, lighting, and elevation. We'll also consider factors like safety, maintenance, and the surrounding landscape to create a personalized design that's both functional and beautiful.
3D Rendering / Development Plan: We'll provide a 3D rendering of your design based on the initial consultation. At this time, we will discuss the cost and plan the timeline of your build.
Construction Build: Select the tile and materials of your choice. Review all construction plans for each phase. Begin with the build of your new pool!
